Karen - owner / lead investigator/Course Assessor
I'm Karen and have been interested in the paranormal since I was a child. I used to spend an unhealthy amount of time around grave yards and 'ghost hunting' with my friends and neighbours. I am an author of teen ghost stories and have a parapsychology qualification. I really want to know what happens after we die and, with a degree of skepticism, will do everything we can to find out about firstly if spirits exist then why they are there and their stories. My previous day job has thrown up many questions about the afterlife, death and dying and I would like nothing more than to gain a little certainty to my theories.
Between myself and the Stranger Nights Paranormal team, our aim is provide you with an enjoyable experience that will leave you wanting more....
Jade - Social Media & youth investigation lead
I'm Jade, I have often found myself being drawn to and attracting activity of the paranormal kind. As with the rest of the team, the love for it began as a child. I love Horror movies and the Halloween season.
I have experienced various activity from light activity, spirit animals and apparitions in homes which just added to my curiosity.
I am keen to find out if there is a truth to be found and what that is.
I have various qualifications in the paranormal field and always learning something new as there is nothing concreate currently, theories always changing and new knowledge is being shared everyday!
Amy - Investigator and Tech Assistant
Amy is our Tech lady! She works for the NHS by day and has enjoyed the experiences of investigation but has yet to witness anything first hand.
Amy comes from a family who have a female line of sensitives and wants to learn how to strengthen it. She has been interested in the Paranormal from a child and has had some interesting experiences.
She says she is keen to find out who, what, when, where and why during investigations and has a keen eye for activity others may miss.

Haylee - Media & youth investigation Support.
I'm Haylee I have been interested in the paranormal and spirits since the age of 3 when I first remember seeing a man in a top hat, an old lady and a young boy in my bedroom. I have joined the team on a support basis for media and news about Stranger Nights Paranormal which will also help support me with my 6th form studying in the media field. I will be helping with the website and blog mostly but will join the team on investigations where possible. I have a Pagan upbringing.
Kim - Team leader/Investigator
Hi i'm Kim. The first time I remember a paranormal experience was when I was younger, I saw a little girl in my nans house. I was later told the little girl I had seen has passed away in that house. I am a care worker during the day but love to get out investigating any chance I can.
I love investigating new and different places and learning about the past history attached to it. Investigating might not be a conventional way of doing it but it certainly is an alternative!
I spent time with Stranger nights team as a guest for their first year and couldn't wait to become a part of it.
Dave - Team Leader/ Investigator
I'm Dave and have recently been promoted to Team Leader. During the day I am a funeral director and evenings and weekend I love looking for evidence of the afterlife.
My interest in all things paranormal began when I was child. I waved at a man sat on a motor bike while walking past with my Nan. She asked me who I was waving at only to tell me that there was no one there let alone a man and a motor bike. As an adult I was drawn back in to the paranormal and investigating 5 or 6 years ago, staring as a guest on events and then joining Stranger Nights Paranormal. I was honoured to take the big step towards fulfilling my dream of investigating places you would normally only dream of and doing it with a team like family is even better.
Leanne - Trainee investigator and security
I am the crazy, fearless, hereditary witch who walks the darkness alone. I attended an investigation with this team and was invited to join them as a host on trial but they took me on full-time. I have been heavily into the spiritual and paranormal worlds for as long as I can remember and it has always sparked my curiosity as to what is really out there, what do we not yet fully understand and how can we prove it. After many unusual experiences over my life with things that can't be immediatly explained, I am happy for this opportunity to be able to look and support others to investigate the realms of the unknown.
Being head of the security team, I have no fear and happily face what ever is thrown at me....sometimes literally!
Michael - Host Investigator
Michael is training with us and will be supporting events we hold in the south of England and at Shepton Mallet Prison events. He is one of our most enthusiastic team members and has a real knack for finding the truth.
Michael has had many personal paranormal experiences in his life and knows how to get the best out of an investigation.

Welcome to Penny. Penny has joined us, not only as an investigator, but also as the main research historian. A huge part of our investigations relies on the balance of information and validating history, so we are very lucky to have her enthusiasm and support with this evidence gathering.
